Mr. Anim is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of extensive experience in banking operations, finance, strategic management, and internal audit. He possesses strong business development expertise and a proven track record of senior-level leadership across local, multinational, and international organizations.

Since 2016, he has served as the Managing Director of SIB Liberia Limited, where he has successfully led organizational transformation initiatives, redesigned business processes, and repositioned the bank for sustainable growth. Under his leadership, the institution has strengthened internal controls, enhanced risk management frameworks, improved operational efficiency, and increased revenue and profitability. He is widely recognized for his ability to build high-performing teams, develop winning strategic plans, and create long-term shareholder value.

Prior to becoming Managing Director, Mr. Anim served as General Manager of International Bank Liberia Limited for four years, following his role as Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management at the same institution. His career also includes seven years at Unilever Ghana Limited, where he progressed from Banking Relationship Manager to Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management. He later served as Head of Internal Audit at Metro Mass Transit (Ghana) Ltd, further strengthening his expertise in governance, compliance, and operational oversight.

In addition to his executive leadership role, Mr. Anim is the Chairman of ACB Consult, a private management consultancy firm based in Ghana. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG), holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Ghana, and earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting and Sociology. His leadership style reflects strategic insight, innovation, and a strong commitment to institutional excellence and sustainable growth.
