Mr. Patrick Ebo Kittoe
General Manager
Mr. Kittoe is the General Manager of SIB Liberia Limited, reporting directly to the Managing Director and providing oversight for the Bank’s Business, Remittance, Operations, Treasury, IT, and Credit functions. He brings over 19 years of professional experience, including 15 years at the executive level, across the banking, mining, and construction industries. He has worked with reputable institutions in Ghana, Liberia, and beyond.
Before joining SIB Liberia Limited, Mr. Kittoe served as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Consolidated Bank Ghana (CBG), where he played a key leadership role in establishing the Credit, Operational, and Market Risk Departments. He also contributed significantly to the integration process following the amalgamation of Beige Bank into CBG.
With 15 years of banking experience—10 of which were at executive level—Mr. Kittoe has held several senior positions, including Chief Credit Officer at Sovereign Bank (2016–2018), Credit Consultant in Charge of Portfolio Administration at International Bank (Liberia) Limited (2013–2015), Chief Executive Officer of Akwapim Rural Bank (2011–2013), and Assistant Manager (Monitoring & Credit Appraisal) at National Investment Bank (2007–2010). His expertise spans credit risk management, portfolio administration, regulatory compliance, and strategic banking operations.
Mr. Kittoe holds an Executive MBA in Finance and an MSc in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, as well as a BSc in Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is an Associate Member of the Ghana Institute of Surveyors (Quantity Surveying Division), reflecting his strong foundation in project management and cost consultancy. His multidisciplinary background and executive experience position him as a strategic leader with a strong focus on risk management, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
