Zinnah Smith-Samuels is a seasoned banking professional with over 21 years of progressive experience in commercial banking. She currently serves as the Head of Cash Management at SIB Liberia Limited (SIBLL), where she provides strategic leadership in liquidity management, operational efficiency, and financial controls.
Over the past decade at GN Bank Liberia/SIBLL, she has held several key leadership positions, demonstrating versatility and strong executive capability across core banking functions. Her previous roles include:
- Manager, Corporate Banking (Private)
- Head, Treasury
- Head, Business Development
- Manager, Branch Control & Cash Management
- Head, Human Resource
Through these roles, she has gained extensive experience in treasury operations, corporate banking, branch operations, human capital management, and business growth strategy.
Prior to joining GN Bank Liberia/SIBLL, Zinnah served in various capacities at First International Bank Liberia Limited (FIBLL), where she further strengthened her foundation in commercial banking and financial management.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking and Finance from the University of Liberia.
