She currently serves as Business Development Manager at Sapalle International Bank Liberia Limited, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and drives business expansion efforts.
Throughout her career, Macarr has demonstrated strong expertise in operational leadership, revenue growth, and customer relationship management. Her professional journey reflects a solid track record of enhancing institutional performance, strengthening internal controls, and delivering sustainable business outcomes.
